The Challenge

DeKalb Medical was a small player in a big pond. With limited budgetary resources, they needed to expand their awareness and enhance overall brand image. Having to allocated resources to multiple service lines also inhibited the ability to deliver effective reach for the top categories.  The media mix included print, public radio, sports sponsorship, PR and community events.

We worked closely with DeKalb Medical to prioritize goals/service lines, streamline budget allocations for key priority areas, and design integrated campaigns with measurable results.  We implemented  SEO, Social Marketing, Search, Native and display to improve our targeting capabilities, expand reach beyond traditional platforms and measure performance.

Outcome

Our focus on digital media was a huge success. The SEO campaign was a long term investment delivering double digit organic growth year after year. Search delivered the greatest ROI for our most valuable service line.  We also witnessed a huge increase in search clicks combining TV with Paid Search.  Social media increased our engagement with patients with valuable feedback and two-way conversations.
