Dunwoody Vet Rebranding Campaign



The Challenge
Dunwoody Vet is in an extremely competitive environment being the newest clinic among seven in a 3-mile radius. Our initiative was to create a unique brand identity and communicating these qualities and benefits to the surrounding community in order to stand out from the crowd. 

What We Did
We first outlined the differentiators and benefits of the veterinarian center then created a website, logo and messaging to support the overall brand message. This was not only the newest clinic but the only only veterinary office staffed with all female doctors. We focused on new, modern, state-of-the art, patient-centered facility focused solely doing what was best for your pets. Created new brand elements (logo, website and pet portal) and developed an integrated communication campaign including social marketing, community outreach, charitable events, and local neighborhood  newspaper ads. 

What We Achieved
Increased website traffic 250% in the first year, increased website visitors tenfold over four years and expanded office to twice its size in just four years to accommodate the rapid growth of almost doubling their patient base from which we started.
