The Challenge

Dr. Avi Zinn opened his first Physical Therapy clinic in October 2017 having just transferred from Berkley, CA to Atlanta, GA. Launching a start-up business with low awareness and too few patients to build a lookalike audience, we had to quickly identify the target audience with the right message on the most effective platforms to drive leads and achieve the marketing goal of The acquiring 25 new patients from March-May 2018. 

Action Steps

The first step was to develop an optimized website where we would drive new traffic to learn about the practice, contact information and schedule their own appointments online. Understanding SEO takes time to build momentum, we recommended a multi-channel campaign to include community outreach to generate referrals from local physicians, tested multiple facebook campaigns to test messaging and target audience conversions and implemented a paid search campaigns using the highest volume lowest competitive keyword phrases. We closely monitored and optimized each campaign including adding negative keywords to the search campaign to increase qualified traffic.

Outcome
We delivered 132% of our goal by acquiring 33 new patients over the 3-month campaign. We improved our SEMRush website domain score from 72% to 95% SEO,  increased organic traffic by 85% and delivered a 177% on ad spend.
